Saunf aur Tamatar Paneer - सौंफ और टमाटर पनीर (Cottage Cheese in Fennel and Tomato Sauce)

Hello friends,

Here is a second bookmarked recipe of mine that I tried from Niya's Blog. Please do visit her blog for more recipes and very delicious recipes.

Saunf aur Tamatar Paneer - सौंफ और टमाटर पनीर (Cottage Cheese in Fennel and Tomato Sauce) was simply mouth watering and we loved it. The only change I did to this was not use coriander seeds, but instead use coarse powder as I don't like coriander seeds in my mouth. I used whole fennel seeds, but if you do not like that, feel free to crush them as well.

But, I am sure, you would love the refreshing taste of saunf (feneel seeds) in your mouth. It is such a simple recipe, very few ingredients, not very spicy and just lovely.

This goes to my own event of Bookmarked Recipes - Every Tuesday.

24TbadgeGIRLICHEF.

That's all for now. Take care till next post.

Hi Priya, I love to chew on fennel seeds, so calming to the stomach after a good meal! I have made paneer before but always served it in a Saag. I like the idea of a tomato sauce to change things up. Thanks for linking to the Two for Tuesday Recipe Blog Hop and please visit me to enter my giveaway of a Real Food for Rookies Class! http://bit.ly/dwfvMj :) Alex@amoderatelife

In my opinion, there's nothing better than a dish which is easy to make, but still packs a flavor punch. Wonderful, thanks for sharing with Two for Tuesday.
