Chhola Paneer - छोला पनीर (Chickpeas and Paneer in Spicy Gravy) from Lisa's Kitchen

Hello friends,

Another Recipe that I tried from our fellow blogger Lisa of Lisa's Kitchen. Do I even need to mention more about her. I love her vegetarian cooking :) Please do check out the recipe with her.

Chhola Paneer - छोला पनीर (Chickpeas and Paneer in Spicy Gravy) was such a nice, rich and creamy gravy. Loved all the flavors going in that curry. Two things I changed, (1) I did not fry paneer as I like them not fried better (2) I did not have cilantro, so used Kasoori Methi (Dry Fenugreek Leaves) instead.

I had made this on Rakhi and had a friend couple invited. We all just simply loved and enjoyed it :)

I am also sending this event to BB6: Potluck DishesLet's Relish: Paneer and Show Me Your Curries events.

I am also sending this to to MLLA # 26 hosted by Briciole and started by Susan and CWF: LB - Chickpeas hosted by Nithu and started by Kiran.

That's all for now. Take care till next post.
