Hello friends,
I think I already blabbered enough about how much MLLA event surprises me every month. I mean it is a monthly event that has been running for 30 months (2.5 years) and still every month’s roundup is mind-blowing. I could not believe when emails with entries started pouring in. I have received a whopping 94 entries for this event. Isn’t that amazing? And, what is even more amazing is that except for countable entries (4 or 5), every entry was actually posted in December, so a few very few archived entries, which is even more amazing. I am going to cherish and enjoy each and every one of these recipes as all are in my zone, I mean pure vegetarians J
So, without any delays, here is the much awaited delicious roundup of MLLA # 30. If I have missed anyone's entries by mistake, please do drop me an email or leave a comment here. I apologize for that in advance.
Now, we come to the most interesting and awaited part of this roundup. The winners, yep, but before we even go there, let’s revisit what the prizes are J
- Winner chooses any cookbook or food-related book from Amazon U.S. valued at not more than 15USD for the book itself. This prize is offered by Susan at her expense and she will also absorb worldwide shipping charges. F.T.C. Notice: Susan does not receive any compensation from Amazon.
- Hurst Bean Box - A case of six bags of the winner's choice of Hurst Bean products, suitable for every diet, sponsored by Hurst Bean. (Due to shipping restrictions, this prize can only be awarded if the winner is a U.S. resident.) F.T.C. Notice: In May 2010, Susan, at her request, received two Hurst Bean complimentary products which are not available for purchase in her local markets. Susan does not generally accept free products from Hurst Bean nor is she financially compensated by them.
- Drawing Structure - If the winner is a U.S. resident, she/he will be the recipient of both Prizes 1 and 2 above. In the event that an international winner is drawn, a second drawing will be conducted from the U.S. pool of entrants to ensure that the Hurst Prize is awarded every month. In these instances, the international winner will receive the book, and the U.S. winner will receive the Hurst Prize.
OK, so, want to know who won both? Drum-rolls please :)
Congratulations Harini-Jaya from Tamalapaku for your winning Chana-Palak recipe. Susan will be contacting your shortly.
Whew!!! I am tired now… lol. But, before I forget, Simona of Briciole is now hosting MLLA for January 2011.
That’s all for now. Take care till next post.
