pic is really cool. we don't use coriander seeds in garam masala, so not sure what it is, though all other spices are a part of garam masala. Though plz don't kill us with curiosity, do tell what it is.

The spice blend is the Ingredients for "Garam Masala"
Garam masala. Mix of indian spices and toasted and then grind it and use it in your curries.
