Hello friends,
This is another one of my bookmarked recipes, I still have 100s to get to. I have started growing beetroots and now trying new recipes, so this is one of the recipes which my grand mother (dadi) used to make, but I never new the exact process.
I tried this Beetroot Halwa - बीतरूट हलवा (Beetroot Pudding) from Varunavi. I used the recipe as she mentioned, so not repeating it here, please visit her blog to check the recipe out. She has an amazing collection of recipes, so do check it out :)
This needs to be eaten warm or else it gets little hard. So, I am sending this to my own Celebrate Sweets - Warm Desserts event which was started by of course Nivedita.
