Hello friends,

I am more than happy to present the round-up of Veggie/Fruit A Month – Avocado event, which I started and will now be hosted by my fellow bloggers featuring a different veggie or fruit every month. If anyone is interested in hosting, please email me with your desired month and ingredient. Remember, it goes alternate months for a fruit and a veggie.

I cannot be happier with the turn-out. It amazes me how creative some of us are. My non-blogger friend Raji sends Guacamole Dip. Here is the recipe from her. Peel two ripe avocados, remove the seeds, and mash the avocados, to this add finely chopped onions (I like to use red onions) finely chopped green chilies, cilantro, squeeze some lemon & salt as per the taste. Mix it well and enjoy with your favorite chips.
