Hello Friends,
Here is another one of my Tried & Tasted, which I have been wanting to try for almost a month now. It simply looks delicious when you visit Rach's blog.
Bhindi Nariyal Masala - भिन्डी नारियल मसाला (Okra in Coconut Masala Curry)
I would suggest you visit her wonderful blog for recipe. She has such a great collection of mouth watering recipes.
My husband never used to like bhindi (okra/lady's finger) before. But, I have slowly started preparing them. I mostly just prepare a stir fry of it with besan (chick pea flour), but now I have another delicious recipe from Rach that I can prepare :)
My version of the curry, as you can notice, came little dried up, so I guess that was either because I used frozen shredded coconut or something. But, nevertheless, it was super yummy !!! It tasted wonderful with roti and I am sure will taste great with rice as well.
Thanks Rach for introducing us to this wonderful recipe :)
That's all for now, take care till next post.
This blog contains many of the unknown and less known recipes from Rajasthani Cuisine and few other recipes that I have learnt and experimented from around the world !!!
