Hello Friends,
Here is something that I had bookmarked and had to try it out immediately. Today is usually the day when I make something sweet in the morning/evening (worshiping Hanuman). I know that this is a breakfast dish, but I enjoyed it as my prasadam/dessert.
It is called Seyun, which is basically Sindhi Sevai or what some would call Sweet Vermicilli. But, it is made differently than how we usually make sevai with milk. I used this recipe from Vaishali. I liked how quickly I could make it, almost immediately and loved it. This will be made again and again in my house from now on. Thanks Vaishali :)
This is my submission to Bookmarked Recipes - Every Tuesday (Volume 42) event of Aipi and Mine.
That's all for now. Take care till next post.

Hey girl ~ I totally love experimenting with different cuisines and you made me realize that sindhi cuisine being so close to home I have not tried it yet. Hubby has a sweet tooth and should totally like this one. Will get to it soon.
