Kesar Phirni (Ground Rice Pudding) from US Masala

Hello Friends,

Here is my very first entry to Tried & Tasted event of this month featuring US Masala blog. It is an event originally started by Zlamushka's Spicy Kitchen and now is owned by Lakshmi of Kitchen Chronicles.

Phirni - फिरनी is a dish, I had heard about, but never made, so this was really something I wanted to try. I only had it once from Gits (ready made pack). A must try, if you never did before. Very easy to make. Follow the recipe as it is and you will love it as any of her other dishes from her blog. Go ahead and try all her recipes...lol
This is also going towards Aipi and my other event, Bookmarked Recipes - Every Tuesday (Volume 30).

That's all for now. Take care till next post.
