Here is a second bookmarked recipe of mine that I tried from Niya's Blog. Please do visit her blog for more recipes and very delicious recipes.
Saunf aur Tamatar Paneer - सौंफ और टमाटर पनीर (Cottage Cheese in Fennel and Tomato Sauce) was simply mouth watering and we loved it. The only change I did to this was not use coriander seeds, but instead use coarse powder as I don't like coriander seeds in my mouth. I used whole fennel seeds, but if you do not like that, feel free to crush them as well.
But, I am sure, you would love the refreshing taste of saunf (feneel seeds) in your mouth. It is such a simple recipe, very few ingredients, not very spicy and just lovely.
I am also sending this event to BB6: Potluck Dishes, Let's Relish: Paneer and Show Me Your Curries and Two for Tuesdays Blog Hop - Volume 10 and Cooking with Seeds - Fennel Seeds events.
That's all for now. Take care till next post.
