New York Style Sour Cream Cheesecake

Hello friends,


Here is my tried and tasted recipe for this week. I have tried New York Style Sour Cream Cheesecake from Nicole. If you look at her pics, you will just fall in love with it. My pics are no close to hers, but taste, OMG, divine, simply divine.  People don't say it just for saying that "Home Cooked is the best" :)


Please check the recipe from her blog. The 2 things I did different are, did not use water bath and added 2 tsp lemon juice to it (as my husband wanted to have lemony hint to it).


We are going to enjoy this one tonight for dinner with our dearest friend Raji and her family. She loves any kind of cheesecake :)






I am sending this to Champa's bake-off event for next round-up.
